Business planning is a continuous cycle of research, planning, implementation, measurement, review and adjustment. If your company has not been through something like this since you sought capital to begin or expand, it's probably time you took another look at your business from the outside in. New clients will get a condensed 6 month action plan right from the start. This will get you moving on some fresh ideas right away. Once the short-term plan is being implemented, we can begin the next year(s) plan.
